I am passionate about issues which deal with youth empowerment. Many young people today lack empowerment and without it societies will not be able to grow to its fullest potential. I became aware of this issue while counseling young people. I loved listening to what they had to say and I also enjoyed giving them my point of view, at the same time letting them know it was just my opinion. Good leaders are not common in most African countries which is due in part to the type of democratic practices employed by the country's leaders when getting elected, creating new policies, and delivering on promises made. A good leader therefore is one who is able to produce results over 50% of the time, be objective when making decisions, and be willingly to make his or her own decisions.
